These Prices Include En-Suite Facilities and VAT. Prices are quoted in sterling.
All terms quoted are per person and inclusive of 17.5% VAT. No charge is made for service. We regret that there is no reduction for temporary absences, meals not taken or early departures.
All rooms have colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers.
Children - Sharing with 2 Adults
Up to 3 years - Free
4 - 12 years - Half the adult rate
13 - 15 years - Three-quarters the adult rate
Family Room
Deposit
Accommodation is offered subject to this being available upon receipt of written acceptance and a deposit of £30.00 per person. The deposit is non returnable in the event of cancellation.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m on the morning of departure, but may not be available until 1.00 p.m. on day of arrival.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the management reserve the right to charge two-thirds of the price quoted. Holiday Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended to cover this.
Payment By cheque
Cheques must be supported by a valid bankers card.
Pets
Dogs are admitted to the hotel by prior arrangement.
Dining Room
For the convenience of diners our dinning room is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the hotel public areas.
